It all starts with an idea
In 2011, our aspiration was to establish a restaurant offering fresh, daring seafood, an unconventional venture in Idaho's landlocked culinary scene. Drawing from over 50 years of combined culinary expertise, we enlisted trusted allies to realize this vision. The inaugural Lucky Fins in Meridian, Idaho, marked the beginning.
Exploring beyond seafood, we introduced innovative dishes like smoked prime rib and Southern-style Nashville Fried Chicken, receiving an enthusiastic reception.
Expanding to two additional Lucky Fins locations and venturing into Colorado, our concept evolved. With the inception of Smokin Fins, characterized by a refined ambiance and deeper tones, we extended our presence, first in the Denver market, then Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Chandler, Arizona. We continued our growth to 10 locations through 2018.
Now, in 2024, with four restaurant concepts across Idaho, Colorado, and Arizona, we are poised to grow. Previously branded “Fins Restaurant Group”, we have ventured beyond being a solely seafood driven concept and therefore we have re-branded ourselves Out To Lunch Restaurant Group.
